Small Group Classes

“Limitless Yoga”

Limitless Yoga is a 45 minute class of deep stretching and relaxation, with a small emphasis on core strength. This is a great class to improve mobility. Yoga has been proven to help prevent injuries and improve form of other exercise routines. The certified instructor will demonstrate proper form and if necessary, modify form to suit the needs of each student. This class is currently limited to 3 students. It may be held inside or on our outdoor patio overlooking the Black Warrior River, depending on weather conditions. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Free to members, $25 per class to nonmembers.

“Limitless Core”

Limitless Core is a 30 minute class that focuses on strengthening the lower back and abdominal muscles. This is a great class to create better posture, prevent back pains, and burn calories. This class will be performed on Yoga mats, with or without weights. This class is currently limited to 6 students, led by a nationally certified instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Free to members, $10 per class to nonmembers.

“Limitless Beginners Strength Training”

Limitless Beginners Strength Training is a 45 minute class that teaches the basics and foundation of using free weights. Students will learn how to effectively use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and a large assortment of other weight training equipment. Each student will also learn proper form for bodyweight exercises, how to modify those exercises in order to progress, and work around any previous injuries. This class is currently limited to 6 students, led by a nationally certified instructor. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Free to members, $10 per class to nonmembers.
